Meet Pam

Pam has been a resident of San Diego for the past 42 years.   She built a career as a mortgage underwriter for 30 years specializing in jumbo, FHA, and conventional financing.  In addition to being a veteran underwriter, Pam has had her real estate license for over 30 years.  She started out by helping friends and family to find that special place they can call home.  Her experience taught her to always put her clients first, identify their needs, and skillfully guide them through the challenging and sometimes overwhelming process of buying or selling a house.  Pam’s clients and friends often describe her as creative, detail-oriented, and always ready to lend a helping hand, making her an ideal guide in the real estate journey.

Pam lives in the San Carlos/Del Cerro area with her retired Navy husband and their daughter.  In her spare time, she loves to cook and enjoys spending time entertaining her friends in her backyard, tending to her garden, and walking her doggie around Lake Murray or dog beach.  Pam comes from a family of 9 with most of her brothers and sisters and their families living in the San Diego area.  Family is everything to Pam, which is why she is passionate about helping her clients find the perfect place they can call HOME.

Meet Sydney

Born in Los Angeles and raised in the heart of San Diego, Sydney has had the privilege of calling Southern California home for most of her life. With over 20 years of living in San Diego, she has watched the city evolve and grow while falling in love with its vibrant communities, coastal charm, and diverse neighborhoods.

Sydney's deep familiarity with both San Diego and Los Angeles allows her to serve clients with valuable insight, whether they're looking for the perfect beachside condo in Pacific Beach or a family home closer to the city.

Before entering real estate, Sydney spent nearly a decade in customer service, including five years as a supervisor at Starbucks. That experience taught her the importance of communication, consistency, and putting people first-skills she now brings to every real estate transaction. Sydney takes pride in being someone her clients can rely on, always going the extra mile to make sure their questions are answered, their needs are understood, and their goals are achieved. Helping others is what drives Sydney, and being a real estate professional allows her to do that every single day.

When Sydney is not working, you'll probably find her exploring new corners of San Diego, doing yoga by the beach, or out and about with her 2 year old French bulldog. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime property, or just exploring your options, Sydney would love to guide you through the process with care, dedication, and local expertise.
